  • Website design and development services already delivered.
  • Cloud infrastructure setup and configuration.
  • Domain registration fees.
  • Hosting services already provisioned.
  • Third-party software licenses and subscriptions.
  • Digital consulting and professional service hours already rendered.

4. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, refunds for that billing period may not be available.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company.

Typically, approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
